About Us
Our purpose
Our goal is to empower women in Cybersecurity, enhancing female representation and leadership across cyber through mentorship, continuous learning and community support. Our commitment to dismantle the obstacles that hold women back and to foster a culture of inclusivity and empowerment within the cybersecurity landscape. Together with the support of allies, we are not just changing lives; we are transforming the industry.

Our Story
Women face bias in many aspects of their lives, including in the workforce. In cyber security, women make up a small percentage of the field, and studies show that more women are leaving the industry.
We've encountered unique challenges as women within Cyber Security, ranging from unequal pay compared to our male counterparts, to receiving comments on our appearance and empathetic nature.
Instead of letting these obstacles define us, we chose to be part of the solution, creating something that future generations of women in cybersecurity will be proud of.
From humble beginnings, we set out to build a platform where women could not only find their footing in the industry but also thrive and lead. Our mission is to bring more women into cybersecurity, helping them to shape their careers with confidence, mentorship, and the tools they need to succeed.
We are the next generation of Cyber Sisters', and we’re committed to making an innovative difference, transforming female representation in the Cyber Security industry.

Roha
I'm Cheila, a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion, with a particular focus on empowering women in the cybersecurity field. With a background in an industry where I often find myself as the only woman—and particularly the only Black woman—in the room. I am dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented voices.
I’m Roha, a passionate cyber professional with experience spanning several industries, including retail, insurance, and marketing.
I believe that cyber should be accessible to everyone, and my dream is to see more women who look like me rise to leadership positions and drive meaningful change in the industry—one woman at a time.
